Nathaniel Tilque: "To play football at an elite level."

Q: What is your major? What do you want to do after NCCU?
NT: "My major is Physics. I will be commissioning upon graduation as a 2nd lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps to become a pilot."

Q: What do you like most about being an NCCU Eagle?
NT: "The family atmosphere."

Q: What has been your most memorable moment at NCCU?
NT: "Winning against NC A&T my freshman year at O'Kelly-Riddick Stadium."

Q: What is your favorite part of game day at O'Kelly-Riddick Stadium?
NT: "Leading the first group onto the field for warm-ups."

Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals?
NT: "I wear eye black for every game, and I listen to my favorite song as I walk to the locker room to get dressed."

Q: Why football?
NT: "I always loved playing and watching the game. In middle school I started to play and enjoyed it. In high school my main goal was to win a state title and get a scholarship to college. My main goal was to get school paid for."

NT: "Honor. Courage. Commitment."

Q: How would you like to be remembered from your playing days at NCCU?
NT: "As an extremely hardworking and dedicated player to his teammates."

Q: If you could invite any living person to WG Pearson dining hall for lunch, who would it be and why?
NT: "Secretary of Defense James Mattis, retired marine corps general, so I can pick his brain about different leadership styles so I can be the best leader possible."
