Spoken 4 Communications- "Because Every Child Deserves to be Heard" presents this preview of the 29th annual Circle City Classic as a full blown MEAC (Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) atmosphere will storm the Hoosier state as NCCU battles South Carolina State in a crucial league showdown in Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.  The Eagles and Bulldogs are meeting for the 20th time in program history with SC State leading the series 11-8.
