DURHAM, N.C. - On Saturday, Aug. 21, North Carolina Central University football fans will have the opportunity to see the 2010 Eagles for the first time with the annual “Meet the Eagles” event, starting at 10 a.m. inside O’Kelly-Riddick Stadium. Admission is free.

The team’s first public scrimmage will be held following a meet-and-greet session with the football student-athletes, coaches and cheerleaders.

NCCU opens the 2010 football season at home on Thursday, Sept. 2 versus Johnson C. Smith at 7 p.m.
